The Visitor Verification Workflow
Not everyone at the gate is a driver. Mechanics, inspectors, vendors, and contractors are verified against your authorized lists and expected visits before access is granted — consistently, during monitored hours.
Entry Confirmation
The operator confirms who the visitor is, who they are there to see, and whether your rules allow access at that time. Confirmed visitors are supported through entry; everything else is refused and recorded.
Intercom Support
Visitor requests come through the same live-answered gate intercom, so there is one consistent, documented entry path for everyone.
Access Event Logging
Each visitor event — granted or refused — is logged with time, camera reference, and operator notes via access event logging.
